1. Ditch the car. Bike or walk
2. COUNT your calories and stick to a limit
3. Find something fun you love to do that burns calories, like snowboarding or surfing
How do you ensure you fit in exercise when traveling?
I am also known as “The Surf Lady”, so surfing is a top priority.
How do your healthy travel habits differ from when you are at home?
I eat healthier off the road, because I am a STRICT vegetarian, which leaves me with things like granola bars on the road.
